Villa Horizon 180 - 10 minutes from Annecy

The villa is distributed as follows:

1st level on the ground floor at garden level:

• 1 master bedroom with walk-in shower
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
• 1 bedroom with a double bed
• 1 separate bathroom (shower)

2nd level : entrance to the house, its living room (dining room and lounge) and its kitchen

And upstairs on the 3rd level, a master suite with bathroom (bathtub) and a toilet, with its large terrace with mountain view and an office.

Near the swimming pool you also benefit from a ping-pong table with rackets available as well as a table football and a barbecue.

Ideal for moments with family or friends.

Many toys for all ages: Lego, Playmobil board games, game consoles, books and comics etc. are available to travelers.

Babies are welcome; we provide cribs, a changing table, and high chairs. For children's safety, the pool has a submerged roller shutter; don't forget to close it for the safety of your little ones.

Ideal for remote working : a separate office and screens are available upon request. The villa benefits from fiber optic connectivity for an ideal connection for work or any other activities (Sonos sound, game consoles, Netflix, Prime, Apple TV, Canal+, etc.).

Ideal in winter to be close to the ski resorts and the lake , with the possibility of renting skis, sleds or snowshoes in the village.

Ideal in spring and summer to enjoy the pool and the surrounding area with all the rich and varied activities that Lake Annecy offers. In summer, the villa remains quite cool, especially in the bedrooms that overlook the garden and pool. Dyson fans are still available. For outdoor activities, a ping-pong table and Babington accessories are available in the garden, as is a table football table on the terrace. You can also enjoy a barbecue, lunch, and dinner on the terrace.

Ideal for all sports activities : cycling and mountain biking with numerous trails starting from the house. A tennis and padel tennis club is a 10-minute walk from the villa (contact us for reservations). All mountain activities with numerous hikes possible for all levels and all water sports on the lake: water skiing, diving, not forgetting the most beautiful paragliding spot in Europe at the Col de la Forclaz, 30 minutes from the city.

Also ideal for a family get-together at Easter or Christmas , we can also provide you with two apartments in Talloires on Lake Annecy, depending on availability, which can accommodate up to 6 and 8 additional beds.

Ideal if you have an electric car : To make traveling with your electric car easier, a charging station is available in the garage. This is very convenient upon arrival, during your stay, and before departure.

For parking, you have a private parking space at your disposal, otherwise numerous free spaces are available in the residence.

In the immediate vicinity in the village:

• Shops and restaurants: a Grand Frais, bakery and butcher, the famous Patrick Agnellet pastry shop, a pharmacy, several restaurants (see our travel guide).
• For relaxation, a 7-minute walk away you have the village tennis club with its 4 courts and a padel tennis court (contact us for reservations) and skate park right next door.
• Possibility of a walk (on foot or by mountain bike) in the woods from the villa, with the deer park as an essential stop.

A 5-minute drive away, you can enjoy Les Halles for lunch or take away quality homemade dishes. You also have an easily accessible U supermarket nearby, as well as many other shops and restaurants.
